Image
How I take care of my hair 1.       I wash it once in two weeks. Changing my hairstyle every month end has helped me to be kinna be consistent with this. 2.       I always, always use a conditioner whenever I wash my hair. 3.       I relax my hair once a year…I know some of you might not believe me, I actually do. I don’t use hair straighteners anymore. I figured heat is not good for my hair.   4.       Lastly, I make sure that I braid box braids or basically do protective hairstyles. I make sure that weaves are not too tight. 5.       Jamaican oil works wonders ladies. Coconut oil too. A MESSY DESK

Image
According to Tavia Grant's Workplace podcast; “A messy desk says that you're a normal human being, and, in fact, that you're like the vast majority of people. It also says that you're not the kind of person who places neatness and organization over actual efficiency, because a messy desk tends to be more efficient than a very neat desk." Apparently, people who have messy desks spent less time hunting for things than people who have very neat desks. I don’t know if that makes sense. My friend Eric has a habit of keeping a messy desk (Oh boy he’s going to kill me if sees this hehehe). His argument is that he has a way of arranging things in a way that's customized to the way he works. MY WORK SPACE  According to David Freedman, co-author of   A Perfect Mess “People have lapsed into this culture where they believe that the messier their desks are, the busier they look. Having an untidy desk says you have no sense of priority. … It damages your ability

THE SORBET FACE ELECTRIC BRUSH

Image
The  sorbet rechargeable cleanser  removes dirt from pores much more effectively and gently than that of normal cleansing. The fine exfoliating bristles ensure deeper cleansing and gently remove dead skin cells, revealing brighter, more youthful looking skin. This ensures that subsequent face creams or serums are also absorbed better into the skin. The cleanser is fully water-resistant which makes it safe to use and store in the bathroom.  It comes with 3 different heads (a daily cleansing brush, the exfoliating brush (with fine tapered bristles) and a silicone brush head for extra delicate skin).  I have found that I tend to use the daily cleansing brush every evening after doing a pre-cleanse to remove the bulk of my makeup and then I use the silicone brush head in the morning.  I use the exfoliating once a week. I love that the cleanser comes with a USB charger which makes it easy enough to charge – no need to worry about batteries.  A single charge will also last y
